The Trsat Castle
The Trsat Castle represents a strategically embossed lookout on a hill 138 meters above sea level. This 13th-century fortress offers magnificent vistas from its bastions and ramparts, looking down the Rječina River valley, the Adriatic and the distant island of Krk.
St. Vitus’ Cathedral
This Cathedral is the only Baroque rotunda of monumental dimensions built on Croatian land. It was built in 1638 by a Jesuits on the model of the famous Venetian church of Santa Maria della Salute.
The Korzo

City Tower
A symbol of Rijeka built in the Middle Ages. The building survived earthquake in 1750, and after the disaster The Habsburgs added the baroque decorations. The clock mounted in 1873 is still working.
