What is ShuttleFly?

We are ground transport provider located in Croatia. With just a few clicks you can easily book your ride via our search engine. We cooperate with the main Croatian Airports and provide you the best quality transfer experience.

Where should I go when I arrive at the airport?

Our driver will wait for you inside the airport in the Arrivals hall. More information you will receive in the confirmation mail, but if you have any additional question feel free to call our agents.

My flight is delayed. What are my options?

Don’t worry! Our agents follow flight status and our driver will pick you up on time when your plane lands.

What type of vehicles do you offer?

We offer transports by standard vehicle for 3-4 passengers with luggage and transports by vans for max. 8 passengers with their luggage.

What is Meet & Greet?

Meet & Greet is full service we offer when you land. The driver will wait as scheduled with your name written on the device so that you could easily meet. After meeting, he will help you with the luggage and escort you to the vehicle.

What is ShuttleFly’s cancellation policy?

If you booked one-way transfer (e.g. from the airport to the hotel) we will not charge you if you cancel one hour in advance before the pickup time. If you cancel in less than one hour before the pickup time, we will charge you full price.
If you arranged the trip outside the city or abroad, or you have hourly reservation, you have to cancel 24h in advance or the full price will be charged.

Do you charge extra for luggage?

No, average quantity of luggage is included in the price.
